Enloe Dam Community Presentation - May 25th!

Aboriginal Outfitters is excited to join the CCT, Lower & Upper Similkameen Nations in hosting this event intended to share new scientific information on the Enloe Dam.

Learn about sediment volume; sediment chemistry accumulated behind Enloe Dam, potential fish production upriver of the dam, and more.







Techniques applied and preliminary results will be presented by representatives from the United States Geological Survey, Washington Department of Ecology, National Marine Fisheries Service, Interfluve Environmental Services.


Tribal perspectives on Enloe and the Similkameen will be presented by the Chairman of the Natural

Resources and Fisheries Committee for the Colville Confederated Tribes and by the Executive Director and Board Chair of Aboriginal Outfitters, an indigenous-led non-profit (www.aboriginaloutfitters.org)


Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Presentations begin at 5:30 p.m. with a question-and-answer session to follow.
